Director Patty Jenkins Exits Marvels Thor 2

EXCLUSIVE: Director Patty Jenkins is departing Thor 2. Most widely known for pointing Charlize Theron for an Oscar in Monster and also the pilot of AMC’s The Killing, Jenkins have been set to helm the film at the end of September. I’m told that Marvel Galleries has already been speaking to agencies because it canvasses for any new director, something that's likely to happen rapidly.
